Anders has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and has over 20 years experience in the energy sector within engineering, project management and business development. Anders has previously founded the company Altered Power in 2018.

Dag Martin has a M.Sc. in Energy and Environmental Energy from NTNU. He has 10 years experience with electrical engineering and project management from the oil and offshore wind industry.

Njål has a unique technical expertise from multiple projects within the ocean industry. He has previously founded the company UpDown in 2017.

Rebekka has a masters of innovation and management with specialization in circular economy. She previously co-founded two companies.

Renate has her M. Sc. in Innovation and Management, Social Science Track, with specialization in “learning by failing” among serial entrepreneurs from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.

Kristian has a bachelor of electrical and electronics engineering and a masters of innovation and entrepreneurship.
