GCE cluster partners
Element One Energy AS (EoneE) has just been onboarded as a member of the GCE Ocean Technology cluster. Partly because, just like us, they see the opportunities for implementing hydrogen technology in the ocean domain. GCE Ocean Technology is a gold-label cluster with strong partners within the maritime industry as well as strong ties with research institutions. As a member of GCE Ocean Technology, we will join a vast network of companies and organizations operating within the ocean industries. As well as being part of the green transition happening in the maritime sector.
In EoneE, open innovation is a central part of our R&D work. To this end, we prioritize strong external business relationships for developing our technology and improving our value proposition. Thus the inclusion in this strong cluster program is a welcome occurrence, and we look forward to working with GCE Ocean Technology and its members.
The Norwegian cluster networks
GCE Ocean Technology is part of the Norwegian Cluster Program which is a government initiative aimed at promoting and supporting the development of clusters in Norway. Clusters are defined as geographically concentrated groups of interconnected companies and organizations that work together to promote innovation and competitiveness. The program provides funding and support for cluster development activities, including networking, knowledge sharing, and the development of common innovation projects. The goal of the program is to strengthen the competitiveness of Norwegian industries and foster innovation and growth. The program has been successful in supporting the development of clusters in a variety of industries, including seafood, renewable energy, and technology.
